- Could we arrive at your hostel any time?
Yes, you could. Our reception is open 24 hours, 7 days a week.

- Do you accept credit card payment?
We are sorry that we accept only cash at the moment at our reception.

- Could I smoke in the room?
No, we are sorry that we abide with Singapore regulations that smoking in public airconditioning place is prohibited.

- For your domitory rooms, do you have women-only domitory rooms ?
Yes, our hostel offers man-only and woman-only dormitory rooms separately.

- Could I have visitors to my hostel rooms?
No, as we would like to ensure our guests to have quiet stays in our hostel.

- Do I have to bring my own tooth brush, soap, shampoo, etc?
Yes, you need to bring your own personal above items. However, these items are available for sale at our neighbouring shop

- Does your hostel have printing and photo-copying service?
Yes, we provide these services at nominal fee at our reception.

- Is there a laundry for washing clothes?
Laundry Service S$ 5.00 per wash and per dry.

- What items are prohibited?
In our hostel, we forbid use of appliances such as mini cookers and any other coooking appliance.

-Are pets or bicycles allowed in the hostel? Is there a gym?
Sorry, No pets or bicycles allowed. We do not have gym equipment too.

- How big are the beds? Lockers?
Standard 6 ft 4 inch x 3 ft, metal bunk beds with 4-5 inch mattress with quilt / pillow. Lockers are 15" (width) x 11" (height) x 17" (depth).

- What about Luggage storage?
For early arrivals, you may store your luggage with us until check-in time. Storage after check-out beyond 3PM is chargeable at $1.50 per day

- What do I do if i lose my locker key?
Our Locker rental is FREE. A key deposit of S$10 is required. If you lose the key, the deposit will be forfeited.

- Can i cook in the hostel?
Due to fire hazard concerns, open cooking is not allowed. However, boiling of water is allowed.
